This classic delicious dessert improved upon further with the taste and texture of our fluffy Romantic mallows. It's quick & easy and leaves you with spoonfuls of bliss.
100g Raspberries, sliced
200ml Double Cream
2tbsp Caster Sugar
75g Ready-Made Meringue Nests, broken
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1pack Raspberry and White Chocolate Happy Mallows
1. Place the double cream, vanilla and sugar in a large bowl and whip until it is light and thick. Don't over whip the cream to stiff peaks.
2. In small jars, layer the sliced raspberries, cream, mallows and broken meringue nests.
3. Top with a big dollop of cream and a mallow.
