Coconut and Pineapple Martini

If you were marooned on a small desert island and you only got one item to take with you... then this should be it.



Makes 1 Picher

250ml Vodka

1 pack Coconut and Pineapple Happy Mallows, chopped

250ml Coconut Rum

500ml Pineapple Juice

Pineapple to garnish


Start this recipe the day before.

1. Place the vodka and mallows into a kilner jar. Shake every couple of hours until the mallows have dissolved.

2. Place all the ingredients into a pitcher with plenty of ice before pouring into single glasses. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
