This year, we are offering a brand new fantastical flavour for each and every month of 2025.
 
Each month's exclusive wonderfluffy creation is currently kept under lock and key at Happy Mallows HQ, guarded by Mr Mallow and his sharpened spatula... beware! What we can say however is that these irresistibly indulgent flavours will match the season in which they are released, so expect fabulously fruity flavours in summer, warming spices in winter with even the occasional tipsy treat.
 
When concocting these 12 flavours, our family had a lot of fun experimenting and being as creative as we could possibly be, pushing the limits of what a marshmallow can truly become. Therefore, as we wanted to make the most mouth-watering marshmallows possible, expect some of these flavours to have a shorter shelf life as they may contain fresh ingredients.
 
Prepare to taste and experience marshmallows, albeit sweets, quite unlike anything you have ever tasted before.
